From raindrops to our heartbeats, "everything in the universe has a rhythm, everything dances" (Maya Angelou). So, why not use rhythm to get fit and healthy? Rita does just that, offering classes that are 'exercise in disguise', with an enthusiastic approach to your health - all driven by the motivating and healing power of music, without the use of machines. The classes offered are currently Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, G2: Glutes & Guts, STRONG by Zumba®, and Piloxing®.
