New Year, New You Fitness Party!
What better way to start off the 2018 than with a fitness party?! 10-11:30 am on January 1, 2018. It's FREE; and we will mostly be doing Zumba®, with a taste of Piloxing® (boxing, dance, and Pilates) and STRONG by Zumba® (High Intensity Interval Training synced to music).
